The Gumpy Show
The Gumpy Show will take place at Gunnzo in San Diego on October 8th at 7pm. The list of artists is packed full of talent, with all the artists not only being good at what they do, but also great people. The thing that sets this show apart from others is the concept of connecting the artist directly with the collector. What does that mean? It means no commission or gallery markup is placed on any of the pieces in the show. This ensures the pieces are priced reasonably and the artist gets all the money for their hard work and effort. Some other cool things included in the show will be a limited edition print done by Skinner that is free to the first 20 guests. Tabe barbeque featured on the food network will be serving up their Asian-Mexican fusion for our guests. DJ JoeMama will be keeping the party going with good music and for those 21+ there will be beer and wine. This promises to be one of the biggest little shows that San Diego has seen in a while. The following is a list of the talent featured in the show, in addition to 50 Gomis customized by people all over the USA. Sketchbot Custom Show
myplasticheart presents the the Sketchbot Custom Show, the official launch of the new figure by NYC artist/animator Steve Talkowski. 50 artists and designers will have their hand in creating original designs for the Sketchbot platform. For all you robot lovers out there this is a can't miss event.

The Paint Ball
The event featured customized 20-inch Dunnys and Super Fat Caps by more than 120 artists, celebrities, and companies. An auction will take place on eBay the very same day, with proceeds going to the Save the Children charity. The event also marked the debut of a new, temporary location of Kidrobot NY store, as the flagship store closed this weekend and undergoes a major renovation.

Fight For What’s Right
Toy Art Gallery is proud to present "Fight For What’s Right", Fight The City's first annual custom boxing glove showcase on Saturday May 4th, 2013 from 7pm-10pm. Fight The City has partnered with talented artists from around the world to create unique one of a kind custom boxing gloves. Fight The City makes artist-driven gloves and gear to give fighters a choice of how to express themselves when they step into the ring.There will be showcasing a total of 40 gloves at this 1-night only events. Toy Art Gallery will be exhibiting and selling 10 pairs of gloves exclusively, while the remaining gloves will be auctioned off at the New York city showing on May 9th on Fight The City's eBay page. A portion of all gloves proceeds benefit the Hoods to Woods Foundation.
