At the moment, everything I own is either already packed or in the process of being packed away so that I can have renovations done to my place... But, I'm left dreaming of how I will display my collection when I finally can.
Will you all share pictures of how you display your collections with me? I'm currently thinking of buying a curio cabinet to go next to the TV Consul in my living room for display, but curious how others do it.
Also, I hear (at least in the 1/6th and 1/12th figure collection world) that people build environments for their pieces to live in and I would love to see those too!

My friends girlfriend has a spiffy digital camera she's going to lend us so one we can take some photos of our new dog and other pets and two so I can (after I dust it) take some nice pics of my vinyl figure infested display cabinet hehe. I dunno when that'll be though..

Actually it's quite sturdy, if you don't jump around near it like a crazy person! Putting the wheels on is optional...
We also have three pets!!! =) over 11 years ago
Easily_Amused Cool! I will have to see if it is available in the USA. over 11 years ago
I'm in a situation where I recently started collecting a lot of toys, but have no space or place to display them, so it's currently a case of taking a photo of my babies and then boxing them for safe keeping. One day when I move into a bigger place I will make sure I have enough space to show them off.

A sneak peek at my collection:
Photo 1) My red corner with a photo of my old girl Freya, Luey Drinking and 1000 Teddies peeking worriedly round the corner. My laptop cover is also red lol...
Photo 2) My old Art Deco lamp, marble clock and Metropolis reproduction poster with Idle Hands looking mishevious as ever. I call it my orange corner lol...

ToyCultureMagazine Post pics when you do! Would love to see your whole collection. Thats why we decided to do a collectors piece in the magazine. We want people to be able to show off what they have worked so hard to build... fun little feature! about 11 years ago
Easily_Amused Thanks I will, but it will take a bit. Everytime I try to save up money for the cabinet, somethin new comes out and my vinyl addiction has me breaking the bank to get it. about 11 years ago
