How to enter resin pieces

What's the official/unofficial word on how resin pieces should be entered as far as designer toy, custom toy, or original art. In my view, they are designer toys (not customs of existing platforms and original art suggests a different medium to me) - but the designer toy category requires a platform to be entered. Maybe the platform category should not be required? For example, I just entered Lampe's Accidental Mishaps - did it as original art, but designer toy would be more accurate I think.

Personally I've been classifying them either Designer Toy or Original Art based on these conditions:

Generally if the item is a one-off piece then I classify it as 'Original Art' and put the medium as Resin. Sometimes I keep the item as Original Art & Resin even if there are multiples.

Once I make the transition into 'Designer Toy' is there are more than one colorway of that piece. If I can get it in say Black or Brown then it's moved beyond the world of one-off art piece and more into the realm of produced 'Designer Toy'.

I've put in many items as Original Art resin, only to switch it later to Designer Toy once a second or third colorway was introduced.
