I now have 102 Art Toys in my collection (including doubles, at a bratty 99 if you don't count doubles)! Anyone else hit a mile stone lately? Any white whales bagged?

That's pretty impressive considering you don't have many mini-figs. I remember starting with a few Dunny blindboxes and saying that $50 was too much to spend on an 8". Then I started buying 8" retail saying i don't know how someone spends $200 on older toys on eBay. Then I started buying older toys on eBay saying I don't know how people spend $400+ on customs. After buying my first $400 custom I realized I'm just going to go broke buying toys. :)

Sooky Keegan that made me laugh, thanks lol... over 11 years ago
Congrats! I just went over 150 and scored a The Neo Kaiju Project figure I have been after for about a year now. Now if I could just get my little hands on an Opera Dude I would just be crazy happy.

Easily_Amused No problem. over 11 years ago
I just won my first Dunny from the Trampt Countdown to 50k contest. It is a Dunny - 2011 by Kronk called Wing nut. Anyone else never buy a Dunny before? How did you get your first?

HoodedGrub m I just decided to start collecting Vinyl Toys out of the blue and remember watching Huck Gee and Jesse Hernandez on a documentary for ModNation Racers, so started with them :) over 11 years ago
Easily_Amused LOL! That is the best start I've heard for this addiction. over 11 years ago
Congrats.... After my swop event at ToiToy when I was down in Cape Town over the weekend, I went over 200. Left with more than I arrived with including a Huck Gee Dunny 2011 case exclusive and a N3rd custom... :)

Easily_Amused Awesome! I'm guessing you traded rarer items for several to accomplish that feat. over 11 years ago
HoodedGrub m Not really. The community is just very awesome. I had nothing rare, just dupes for Dunny's and Fatcaps mainly :) over 11 years ago
Easily_Amused Nice! I'd like to go to a trading party one day. over 11 years ago
By my count I only have about 17 more toys to buy to hit 150! I have a few Blind box pieces on order.

HoodedGrub m Not a big Labbit fan, but I got a box of Kronk's Deadly Sins and they are sweeeeeet! over 11 years ago
Easily_Amused I like the Kronks, and want to get them but they were produced a lot, so I'm waiting for a good sale. I will probably do the same with the current Labbit series coming out, but they are only around $5 a box... resolve weakening. over 11 years ago
I have over a hundred vinyl and resin figures easily, just a bit more than you and shown in my have list! Congrats, you're now bordering on obsessive collector!!! ^_~

Easily_Amused LOL! I think it was tracking down the SDCC goodies that finally made me realise I'm going to go broke with this hobby. I was buying contemporary art when I stumbled onto this genre, and it was easier for me to recognize the artistry in the big pieces versus mini figures at first. over 11 years ago
