Zelus is not quite a tiger, more a giant tiger-monster hybrid who dwells deep in the Booshka forests. The tribal folk hold regular sacrifices of skewered vegetables to keep him happy. He claims this is for dietary reasons but rumor has it that beneath his razor blade teeth and giant clawed paws lies a very civilized, peace loving monster.
