Ignatious Murgatroyd. 5 time winner of the Most Eligible Bachelor Over 60 award and a staple invitee to high society galas in the 1880s. He was reported to be the Queen's favourite Tenor although few people had heard him sing. He much preferred to take his place in the Royal box at the Vienna Opera House to watch his beloved Olga Herzigunnyovska - the one Soprano of the Vienna National Opera Company not to have succumbed to his charm. Despite Murgatroyd's tallest top hat in Europe and his notoriously handsome, ill-fitting toupee Herzigunnyovska would never be swayed for Murgatroyd, and he would be destined to observe Herzigunnyovska from afar, his latest strumpet at his arm.
