Description
People Blocks 3 is our latest collaboration with artist Andy Rementer (USA). The limited series features two new wooden characters entirely made and painted by hand. The individual pieces are interchangeable, allowing them to be re-assembled and stacked to create custom characters or abstract sculptures. Margot and André seem to walk directly out of the colorful and vibrant worlds of Rementer’s paintings. Typical of his work, we are left feeling curious about the relationship of the pair. Margot’s pensive gaze shows a sense of wonder, while André seems hesitant and spirited at the same time. Edition of 12 Hand painted on wood - Height measurements: 36cm (André)
