Adventure Time is a television staple at the Trampt headquarters, and although we like to pretend it's on for our daughter, it's not. We watch and savor every moment of the show and lines from it make into into our daily conversations. We own three Adventure Time themed prints, and are looking forward to owning many more. Thankfully, the opportunity is coming up in less than two weeks as Cartoon Network and Gallery Nucleus present an exhibit featuring over 30 artists showing their love for one of the greatest cartoons of all time.
Gallery Nucleus ran a "Name the Show" contest on Facebook which ended last night settling on "OOOTOPIA: AN ARTGEBRAIC TRIBUTE TO ADVENTURE TIME" and although I think the title is a tiny bit cumbersome, I loved following the interactions and reading everyone's title suggestions. Come on grab your friends, and prepare to be punched in the buns by some awesome art. Show opens August 18th with a reception from 7-11pm and will stay up until September 9th. Mathematical.
