2013 Designer Toy Awards are backGo submit your favorites during the open nomination process
After our crushing defeat last year for 'Bst Blog' to the well-deserved winner Spankystokes, the Designer Toy Awards by Clutter are back and the nomination process is open. Now in it's third year, there are some changes to the process and cateogores again. This year all nominations are for the 2012 calendar year, unlike last year when it spanned multiple years ... much simplier, good improvement. Also, all categories are open for nomination with two exceptions 'Lifetime Achievement' and 'Toy of the Year' ... much better though probably still room for improvement.
Depending on who you ask the DTA's are great and a trophy would be cool, stupid hype and not for 'true artists', or a great way for everyone to hang out, get drunk, and have fun. We definitely agree with the last statement, our opinion on the first and second would probably depend on if we won an award this year ... time will tell. :)
Either way, we've been nominated again for 'Best Blog' and we'll be bugging all of you everyday to go vote for us. Go check out all the nominees at designertoyawards.com and be sure to create your accounds so you can vote for us in the coming weeks/months.
