We will NEVER reveal or sell your personal information including email address.
All of our messaging is on an opt in basis. All emails will provide instructions on how to stop receiving them if you opt in.
User accounts that are deleted are permanently deleted through email verification. Artist and Manufactuer profiles can be 'unclaimed' but not deleted.
We will never ask for any PII unless you sign up to use our services. In signing up for our services, we ask for your first and last name, postal code and country. In addition, in order to confirm who you are and allow you to gain access to your account if you lose your password, we require an email address. You can setup an alias in your profile settings if you do not wish to use your real name on Trampt. The reason we request your postal code is to serve geo-specific ads and information about shows or artists in your area, specifically from the 'Network' and 'Marketplace' sections of the site.
If you choose to sign up for an account with Trampt, we will send you a welcome/confirmation email with an authorization code. Receipt of this code is required to confirm and access your account. If you do not wish to receive further emails from us, you may opt out after confirmation.
Upon confirming your account with Trampt, you will be provided with a User Profile containing your name and location (which are necessary in order for you to participate in certain members-only areas, or in the Marketplace). You may also add additional optional information to your User Profile, such as biographical information. You may control what type of information in your profile is shown to other users and to the public through your Privacy and Account Settings. Links to your User Profile may be included on other Trampt pages such as Marketplace listings. If you send a message to another Trampt user through our internal messaging feature, that person may be informed of your email address and may also be able to see information in your User Profile. PLEASE NOTE THAT, REGARDLESS OF WHAT PII A MEMBER CHOOSES TO INCLUDE IN HIS OR HER PROFILE, OR WHAT PRIVACY PREFERENCES HE OR SHE CHOOSES, CERTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT EACH MEMBER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THAT MEMBER'S PUBLIC PROFILE AND MAY BE ACCESSIBLE TO ANYONE VISITING THAT PROFILE PAGE ON THE TRAMPT WEBSITE SUCH AS USERNAME, PROFILE PICTURE, URL or TWITTER NAME.
These types of portfolio pages, while they can be claimed by individual users, can't be removed from the Site or hidden from individual members. These portfolios are considered public. They help us catalog artists' works, shows, and events in order to provide users the information to find, follow and collect items created by those artists. If a portfolio is using copyrighted images or has been falsely claimed by an unauthorized party please bring the offending portfolios to our attention. For more immediate action please contact us through our Copyright & Trademark section of the Site and our Terms of Service for further details.
All of our messaging will be provided on an Opt-In basis. In every email that is sent we will provide you with instructions or an e-mail address by which you may request no future notices.
We encourage you to disclose your privacy practices when transacting with other users and to respect the privacy of other users as well. We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information and thus we encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of your trading partner before entering into a transaction and choosing to share your information with such person(s).
In addition to collecting PII, Trampt may also collect non-personal, aggregated information about Users' behavior and use of our Site. This information is not personally identifiable and will only be used to find out how User's utilize our services and Site. For example, this information will tell us how much time Users spend on our Site, from which other sites Users came, and to what other sites Users go. The collection of this information allows us to, among other things, prepare for traffic load demands and to efficiently deliver relevant information.
We may also request non-personally identifiable information, such as buying preferences, or age, also known as demographic and profile data, though this information is optional. We may use this data to improve our website and/or customize your experience at our Site, showing you content that we think you might be interested in, and displaying content according to your preferences. We may also share this information with others, such as advertisers interested in on our Site, in aggregate, anonymous form, which means that the information will not contain any personally identifiable information about you or any other person.
When you visit our site, we log standard information such as your IP address, which is a number that can be used to identify your location and Internet Service Provider, along with the URL from which you came to our site and the URLs visited on our site. A URL is the full address of a Web site page, which may or may not contain some PII about the person who is viewing it.
When we send messages to you or others, we may provide a URL link to the Trampt site that contains an alphanumeric identifier. This allows us to identify the person to whom we sent the message so that we can personalize our content for that individual.
Some of the ads appearing on our website may be delivered by one of our advertising partners. Information about your visit to their sites, such as number of times you have viewed an ad (but not your name, address, or other PII), may be used to serve ads to you.
In the course of serving advertisements to this Site, our third-party advertisers may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. We do not control such cookies, and you are encouraged to contact such advertising partners directly to get specific information about the information they collect and how they use it.
Users can delete their account through accessing the Account Settings. Please note that your information may remain in Trampt's records for a period of time. Artists and Manufacturers accounts can be "unmanaged" but not deleted since they are public and remain on the Site.
In the event Trampt goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, users' PII will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. If such transaction occurs, Trampt will notify you by email or by posting a clear notice on the Site before disclosing your PII.
As part of the services we provide, Trampt or users may create links allowing you to access third party sites. Trampt is not responsible for the content that appears on those sites and does not endorse these sites. Please consult those sites' individual privacy policies in order to determine how they treat user information.
All information described above is stored on restricted database servers.
If you have any questions about this policy or our site in general, please find the most up-to-date information in the Contact Us section.
