For those of you on the west coast who won't be attending NYCC this weekend, you should make your way up to Dragatomi and check out some new work from Paul Kaiju and Leecifer for their two-man show 'Bat Butts & Goat Guts'. The show will feature a few new versions of Leecifer's Picklebaby platform, along with a variety of new pieces from Paul including a new Mockbat colorway. The show opens this Saturday, Oct 13th where Lee and Paul Kaiju will be taking over the gallery with a variety twisted monsters that will need a good home. Another custom for the DTA 2012 display caseMossy Orangutan Fujisan by Bigfoot One
I thought our stickers were going to be the talk of this years Designer Toy Awards ... not because they're awesome but because everyone was going to ask "who the fuck is Trampt?". It seems all these other artists are going out of their way to upstage us by creating a variety of great one-off customs. Bigfoot One has created a one-off custom Fujisan for the event titled 'Mossy Orangutan Fujisan'. He's produced a vinyl version of this figure with Dragatomi; however, this is a custom from his resin mold and will be available for $400. So far there 4 customs that will be available at the show, with hints online of a few more soon to be announced.
