Johannes Torpe is the founder and vision behind Johannes Torpe Studios. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, the design firm is rooted in creating a cohesive message through design, interiors, and branding by staying progressive and innovative in order to bring a concept or client’s project to life. From a young age, Torpe has played strong roles in numerous aspects of design and the creative process, and is a self-taught design pioneer in the industry. Torpe’s two decades of experience in the industry started as a much sought after light designer working with large-scale light installations for Danish media, festivals, and music. In 1995,Torpe successfully expanded his business to include graphic design creating corporate identities for Fortune 500 companies. Interior design has been a passion realized for the last 10 years and Torpe has laid innovative benchmarks as an internationally sought after industrial, graphic and furniture designer. Having added his unique design touch to the modern Danish design landscape, Johannes Torpe is often guest lectures at the prestigious design schools highlighting his expertise in creative artistic development and professional innovation.
