Cesar Diaz was born in Palmdale, CA and was interested in art since childhood. He studied art at College of the Canyons. He works primarily on blank vinyl molds which he then uses to create custom figures. Cesar works on various mediums and uses diverse tools, such as canvas art, digital drawing, home made resin figures and airbrushing. He currently resides in Reseda, CA with his wife and pug Bojangles.
