Goats N Glory is the moniker used by Hudson Valley artist Allison Braun. Allison was born in Mobile, Alabama to New York native parents. Needless to say, she was culturally eclectic. After collecting pictures of goats, eventually Braun decided to draw one. What resulted was the adorably doe-eyed mascot, "Hortence."
She started creating more characters and enjoyed the challenge of making a typically unattractive animal, like a naked mole rat or a jellyfish, into a huggable, adorable character.
