Animal Zukies

In Alison's life, color has always been a way to express feelings. She wants people to understand that using the vocal fold for communicating is not necessary; the non-verbal behavior increases the bond between people and is an intimate way of communicating with each other. As such, Zukies are mysterious characters that do not talk; they have thought bubbles and facial expressions. Zukies are about color. Zukies intend to generate emotions through their visual thoughts and thats how they create that bond with us. Acrylic paint is fast drying paint containing pigment suspension in acrylic polymer emulsion. Acrylic paints can be diluted with water, but become water-resistant when dry. Depending on how much the paint is diluted (with water) or modified with acrylic gels, media, or pastes, the finished acrylic painting can resemble a watercolor or an oil painting, or have its own unique characteristics not attainable with other media.
