He is a toy designer, illustrator, graffiti artist, and art director. His work is known for combining traditional graffiti and street art with elements of electronic hip-hop culture.TEQ63 is a designer art toy created by QUICCS, a Filipino artist known for his fusion of streetwear, cyberpunk, and mecha aesthetics. The character is heavily influenced by Japanese mecha (especially Gundam), hip-hop culture, and urban graffiti, making it one of the most recognizable figures in the modern art toy scene. TEQ63 is typically depicted wearing a hoodie, a futuristic skull-like helmet with a visor, and sneakers, often resembling classic streetwear styles. The toy exudes a futuristic, dystopian vibe, with robotic or mechanical details that give it a tech-infused personality. Many releases include different colorways, special editions, and collaborations with brands like Adidas, Kidrobot, Martian Toys, and Devil Toys.
