Established in 2004, myplasticheart is a toy store and gallery dedicated to bringing the best in both the designer toy and contemporary art world together in one place. Originally two separate designs that were combined out of experimentation, the end result proved to be iconic and widely recognizable. Derived from street artist Matt Siren's classic two dimensional graphic representation, Ghost Girl comes to life in vinyl form as three dimensional character art. Brent Nolasco is renowned for his imaginative and emotionally resonant designer toys, sculptures, and paintings. His work seamlessly blends elements of the surreal, grotesque, and whimsical, often exploring themes of transformation, mortality, and personal mythology. Nolasco’s art is characterized by a fusion of “cute characters with nightmarish backdrops,” creating pieces that are both endearing and unsettling.
