my name is sam de jesus and i am an artist currently living in the land of toys. though my best medium is ink, i love the smell of clay and acrylics (in the morning) and have thusly suffered some very minor yet serious brain damage as a result of smelling said man-made chemicals. i got my start into toys in 2008. on my first shot at it, i got my works featured in a video game magazine called Play UK, issue 172 in a one page article about how nerdy i am to make toys based on video games. i've since barnacled myself to the toy warship and hope to make my way into more murkier and chemical laden waters. Polymer clay is a versatile, synthetic modeling medium that remains soft and pliable until baked, allowing for easy shaping and creation of various crafts, jewelry, and sculptures.
