Mark Gmehling is a character designer/3D artist from Germany. He studied art, graphic design and marketing, worked in advertising for a while then got selfemployed as illustrator. Other than that he also teaches graphic design, communication design and digital illustration two days a week at a WAM Die Medienakademie, a university in Germany. Producer of the ultimate limited edition vinyl toys. We set out on an adventure to 'Inspire to create'. A burning love for art, design and everything to do with creative culture forced us to sow the Dudebox seed back in 2010. We really had no choice! Pure creative energy can't be held back. We have been surrounded by exciting visionaries and creatives from all around the world for a long time. Now, coming together as Dudebox we want to give these talented artists a new platform to express themselves from. Our motivation is simple. We want to INSPIRE TO CREATE! This is our mission statement and our mantra. It keeps us in mind of who we are doing this for and that is the artists, the collectors and anyone else who is new to the world of vinyl toys and wants to discover more The Dude is the first plattform by UK toy comany Dudebox.
