Dragatomi is Sacramento's premier retailer and art gallery for some of the coolest designer figures and items inspired by pop and urban culture. We carry many rare and limited edition pieces from some of the top artists and companies in our industry. In addition to being a retailer for some of the coolest "Art Toys", we also carry a selection of books, magazines, apparel, prints, Ironlak Spray Paint, and Krink products. We open a new exhibit once a month on every 2nd Saturday.Mixed media tends to refer to a work of visual art that combines various traditionally distinct visual art media. For example, a work on canvas that combines paint, ink, and collage could properly be called a "mixed media" work. When creating a painted or photographed work using mixed media it is important to choose the layers carefully and allow enough drying time between the layers to ensure the final work will have integrity. If many different media are used it is equally important to choose a sturdy foundation upon which the different layers are imposed. Many interesting effects can be achieved by using mixed media. Often, found objects are used in conjunction with traditional artist media, such as paints and graphite, to express a meaning in the everyday life. In this manner, many different elements of art become more flexible than with traditional artist media.The word "Tezukuri" comes from the japanese word which means "Hand Made". I will be showcasing tons of 2D3D, customs and possibly be releasing a resin series for the very firt time. Wanting to show everyone what I have skills I have learned over the years since I started entering into the art world, I wanted to do everything. Please come and check it out.
