The chance has come. We are an Arsenal that brings a level of art that will elevate those around us. This is our time. We are the Arsenal of Artists. These are the Recruits. Playful Gorilla and Cash Cannon proudly present "The Recruits" group art show happening at The Suburban Vinyl Art Gallery in Waldwick, NJ on April 18th 2015 6pm-9pm. The Arsenal of Artists first group show will be bringing together 30+ artists ranging from digital illustrators to toy customizers to 3d artists. Each of these artists have been "recruited" to participate and will bring original artworks with a military twist. Come be a part of an amazing line up! Items will be raffled, door prizes will be given and good times will be had! Suburban Vinyl is a well-known designer toy store and art gallery based in the United States, specializing in collectible designer toys, limited-edition figures, and unique art pieces. My name is Tony Tran and I always had the passion to create all things art-related. This passion of mine started to develop and strengthen during my childhood years where I grew up with only a few toys to play with. It wasn’t until one day my awesome parents gave me the gift of play-doh! From that point on, I started to make my very own toy creations. My first attempt at making toy creations was the Power Rangers and I haven’t stopped since! In high school, my entrepreneurial and artistic sides began to merge as I started making customized Pokemon sculptures for my classmates. Then, I went off to college to pursue my passion for all things art-related and studied graphic design. This allowed me to equip myself in the design skills that I would eventually use for the logo design and packaging for my Claynext sculptures.
