Spoke Art is San Francisco’s newest art gallery and publishing house. Following a year of pop up exhibits in New York City, San Francisco and Oakland, we have finally settled down into our new permanent space on Sutter Street in San Francisco’s dynamic Lower Nob Hill neighborhood. We specialize in emerging new contemporary artists with a firm emphasis on figurative and illustrative works. Our regular exhibits open the first Thursday of every month, and we specialize in connecting collectors with secondary market works namely in the fields of pop surrealism, low brow and street art. A marker is a drawing tool filled with colorful inks that dry quickly. Markers come in various sizes and use different colorants, such as ink, dye, or paint. They are available with different tip styles and produce smooth marks with sharp edges, making them ideal for a wide range of artistic and design applications. Use of liquid ink as a material to create art, typically by applying it to a surface like paper with a pen or brush, allowing artists to produce drawings, paintings, or calligraphy by utilizing its fluidity and color properties to form images or text; essentially, it's a versatile tool for creating artwork through the application of colored liquid
