To celebrate the 9th installment of the annual winter spectacular, Gift Wrapped, Clutter has gathered over 120 amazing artists from all over the globe to bring you affordable art just in time for the holidays!! Gift Wrapped is a special holiday season (not holiday-themed) art exhibition designed to encourage people to buy unique, hand-made, artist-driven gifts for the holidays. The show features a mixture of 2D, 3D, wall hanging, and standing pieces, in all genres of the designer toy and contemporary art world.Clutter Gallery is a leading contemporary art gallery specializing in the vibrant world of designer toys and lowbrow art. Located in the artistic community of Beacon, New York (home to the world famous Dia museum), Clutter Gallery has established itself as a premier destination for collectors and enthusiasts alike. Since its inception in 2011, the gallery has been dedicated to showcasing the work of both established and emerging artists who push the boundaries of pop culture, street and low-brow art. In addition to its dynamic exhibitions, Clutter Gallery also houses an impressive permanent collection of Designer Toys, curated by the team behind its renowned print publication. This collection serves as a testament to the gallery’s deep-rooted connection to the designer toy movement and its commitment to preserving and celebrating this unique art form.Javier Jiménez is a self-taught illustrator and character designer based in Granada, Spain. His style is influenced by kaiju movies, toys, classic cartoons, urban culture and hip hop. For most of his digital works he relies on vectors, giving a clean and eye-catching vibe to his illustrations. In love with crime movies and TV shows like The Godfather and The Wire, he sees kaiju as gangsters whose existence is dedicated to committing crimes and making people suffer...but on a bigger level. His original characters are Kaiju, organized in gangs and mafias who fight amongst each other, and the forces of justice. With their arsenal of baseball bats, guns and of course, super Kaiju powers, they're a force to be reckoned with.
