Rey Fonzo

A custom show celebrating female super heroes. Patrick Wong is an award-winning illustrator based in Vancouver, Canada. His artwork has been exhibited in both Canada and United States and his commercial and editorial illustration has been used by clients such as: Peachpit Press, The Washington Post, March of Dimes, The Sunday Times. He has been recognized by Applied Arts Magazine, American Illustration, Society of Illustrators Los Angeles, and Creative Quarterly the Journal of Visual Arts and Design. Fonzo is a designer art toy created by Venezuelan art collective Burundanga Design in collaboration with Freak Store. Inspired by the French bulldog owned by Freak Store’s proprietors, Fonzo serves as both an art piece and the store’s mascot. The original Fonzo figure stands 6 inches tall and features a stylized French bulldog with a rounded form and expressive features, providing a versatile canvas for artistic customization. The design has also been expanded into a series called “Fonzo & Friends,” introducing characters like Coco, Lucas, and Bertha, further enriching the Fonzo universe. P!Q Store in New York is an art toy and collectible store located in Manhattan, specifically in the NoHo neighborhood. This store is a physical extension of the larger P!Q brand, known for offering a curated selection of designer toys, limited-edition figures, art prints, and other collectible items.
