“The song ‘When the Levee Breaks’ despite its title, seems to be more about “if” than “when”, the levee might break. The print just moves the action forward from the moment “when” becomes “as”. A women and remnants of her home and belongings sinking to the bottom of a river. I added the praying hands in reference to the line “Now, cryin’ won’t help you, prayin’ won’t do you no good” and also because I thought it looked cool.”
