Numerous machines were produced to extinguish any signs of life they came across, and none were more dangerous than the cleaners. Large cylindrical bots with hellish brute strength, their size and power made them nigh on unstoppable for even large groups of armed individuals. It wasn't long before the only thing that could take one down was one of their own, malfunctioning units destroying each other inspiring the notion of resistance groups hacking their own.
