Being on this coast has been excellent for many reasons, not the least of which is the opportunity to attend more shows - I've been so spoiled by this in the brief time we've been here that I'm feeling a little incredulous every time I encounter a show I really wish I could attend that is just our of reach. This Thursday, July 25th go see Jon Knox at his latest solo show Flesh at Screaming Sky Gallery in Portland! He's promised original sculptures, resin, paintings, graphite drawings, and prints. My Cody from a few years ago is still one of my all time faves and I'm loving all the sneak peeks I've seen. He'll be at the reception from 5-9pm. See the announcement here. I'll be there in spirit.
