Gallery Nucleus and Nickelodeon Studios are proud to present an official art exhibition in honor of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' 30th Anniversary. Join us as over 30 artists pay tribute to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with art from their numerous incarnations alongside work from some of our gallery favorites, who'll be bringing their own unique take to the series.
In the 1950s, World War II had come to a close with life back home racing along at a skyrocketing pace. Industry was booming and new technology was being introduced. Innovative minds soon envisioned the future with flying cars, ray guns, full course meals served in a pill, and the ability to talk through television sets! With the benefit of today's hindsight, it is charming to see how differently technology has evolved, yet in some cases, the predictions of yesteryear have become eerily true. Nucleus has carefully selected a group of talent recapturing the brimming optimism and limitless imagination of years past. The exhibit, Yesterday's Tomorrow, features original works in a variety of mediums celebrating the past while looking towards the future.
Gallery1988 (WEST) is proud to announce the opening of "SPACE: The Gallery Show," a group exhibit curated by artist Mike Mitchell, this Friday, June 21st. The show, which will celebrate the past, present & future of space exploration and the awesomeness that is the universe, will feature over 50 amazing artists all working in many different mediums. The show will feature new artwork from G1988 regulars like Mitchell, Scott C., Andrew DeGraff, Olly Moss, N.C. Winters and Justin White, but also include new names to the gallery, like Jeffrey Brown, Dave Correia, John Martz and Emily Partridge. This show promises to be new, unique and memorable - and people may want to get to the gallery early for "first in line giveaways."
