Oh man! What a bummer! Just got the email and here it is with link info for anyone interested... Grabbed a Kaijin piece myself. Here is what they have to say:
"After nearly 7 amazing years in the designer toy world, we at Frozen Empire Toy's have come to a bittersweet decision to close shop. Let me say that it has been an absolute pleasure serving you all over the course of our little mailorder operation. All of the support and every single order that we received over the past several years was truly appreciated!!! We never would have made it off the ground without you, and for that, we thank you tremendously from the bottom of our hearts! May your passions and collections continue to grow to your hearts content!
For the remainder of our mailorder's lifespan, ALL of our inventory will be discounted. The site will continue to be updated with items being removed as they go out of stock. Again, thank you VERY much for all of the love and support that you have shown us over the years. We wish nothing but the very best for you and yours in your lives!" Sincerely, - Joe

It's sad how many stores have closed lately. Kind of leaves me wondering if the genre is gonna survive the economy for much longer.
